BBVA needed a structured, scalable chatbot experience that allowed users to securely access financial data while maintaining clarity and brand consistency.

What I did

  • Designed mobile web chatbot UI and interaction flows

  • Built scalable conversation (intent → auth → response → action)

  • Created reusable component system (bubbles, states, action chips)

  • Designed chatbot branding aligned with BBVA digital standards

  • Prototyped secure authentication and financial data summaries

Outcome

The conversational framework and UI system informed a separate internal banking initiative that successfully launched using the same structure.

Established scalable patterns for AI-driven financial interactions.
