BBVA needed a structured, scalable chatbot experience that allowed users to securely access financial data while maintaining clarity and brand consistency.

Designed mobile web chatbot UI and interaction flows
Built scalable conversation (intent → auth → response → action)
Created reusable component system (bubbles, states, action chips)
Designed chatbot branding aligned with BBVA digital standards
Prototyped secure authentication and financial data summaries
Outcome
The conversational framework and UI system informed a separate internal banking initiative that successfully launched using the same structure.
Established scalable patterns for AI-driven financial interactions.
