Problem

Before the system, digital products at Citi had inconsistent UI patterns, slow development cycles, and scattered experiences across platforms. Lack of shared standards made scaling products and aligning teams costly and chaotic.

Constraints

  • Brand guidelines: Needed to align with Citigroup brand standards

  • Accessibility: Must meet compliance and ADA standards

What I Did

  • Audited existing UI patterns across products.

  • Created a modular design language with tokens and components.
