Traditional apartment tours depend on leasing agent availability, limiting flexibility and reducing conversion opportunities.

Prospective renters needed:

  • Clear tour instructions

  • Faster application flow

What I did

  • Designed end-to-end mobile experience:

  • Designed pre-tour verification and confirmation flow

  • Created guided in-tour experience (amenities, floor plans, maps)

  • Integrated streamlined leasing application process

  • Prototyped offline-aware and accessibility-friendly flows
